Yeah a few actually threatened to develop into full blown pitas and had to be mercilessly popped and flattened. I didn’t use any potato flour, which is supposed to make it even softer and fluffier. Next time!

Dang, I made pita bread for the party on Saturday and it takes forever (plus optional overnight rise). Those look great and with bonus immediate gratification. Jealous!
