   its been 17 hours, how is the fit? I’ve been meaning to do this too, but some assholes convinced me to bake bread instead.

  I think it helped a little, but it was definitely not the half size increase the video implied. Also one of the baggies developed a leak and so there was a large chunk of ice attached to the insole itself that had to be pried off and the remainder had to just melt and dry. No lasting damage to the shoe but didn’t make me happy either.
