I’m currently in the middle of making 2 loaves of Rosemary Olive Oil bread and just discovered the large batch of youtube videos about proper bread kneading and shaping technique. Good way to pass the time while you wait for the dough to proof and figure out what you’ve been doing wrong. Just don’t make the same mistake I did and overshape a boule because you had too much fun fiddling with your technique.
