catastrophe free pico de gallo

So good it was mostly gone by the time I stopped to take a picture. And definitely deserving of its own post away from the weekend catastrophes

2 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Juice from 1/2 lime
1 habanero or jalapeƱo pepper, minced
salt and pepper to taste

Let sit for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors marry.
